Solutions

Rent payment processing.

Regulated money movement for rent, deposits, broker fees, and insurance premiums, operated by VFIntel rather than resold, which is what makes every payment usable for something beyond reconciliation.

The problem

Why this is hard today.

Almost every rent payment feature in the market resells a third-party processor. That returns one fact, that the payment succeeded, which is enough to reconcile a ledger and not enough to do anything else.

The platform cannot verify identity from a resold payment, cannot attach insurance to it, cannot furnish it to a bureau with confidence, and cannot underwrite against it. The most information-rich event in the tenancy passes through and leaves nothing behind.

The approach

How VFIntel does it.

VFIntel operates the regulated processor layer on top of existing payment networks, on both sides of the transaction, across the United States and Canada. Bank partners hold the license and hold funds in trust, the networks move the money, and VFIntel orchestrates above the rails through its own MSP license or a licensed processing partner.

PCI DSS Level 1 applies on every card surface. Money services business and money transmitter licensing is in progress across the US state grid and the Canadian provincial regime.

Because VFIntel runs the rail, each rent payment becomes a verification event, and the insurance, credit, identity, and banking functions sit on that same regulated movement of money rather than beside it.

The outcome

What you get.

Rent, deposits, broker fees, and insurance premiums on one regulated rail across North America.

ACH economics on premium collection: about $1 on a $300 annual premium against roughly $9 to $10 by card.

Every payment doubling as a verification event that the other five rails build on.

White-labeled delivery for software platforms: your customer, your surface, VFIntel's regulated rail, revenue shared.

Where this sits

This is the payments rail.

VFIntel runs six regulated rails on one integration: payments, insurance, credit, identity, banking, and lease compliance. This page describes the payments rail. Each rail stands on its own, so a partner can start here and add others later, and the record gets stronger as more of them run on the same rent payment.
