VFIntel

Renters

Prove who you are once. Stop handing your pay stubs to strangers.

The VFIntel Wallet comes with its own account and card, and it keeps your proof: who you are, where you have rented, the rent you paid, the insurance you kept, how you left. Carry it to every lease, and a good record gets you the next home.

What the Wallet does

Four things, in one app.

Verify once

Prove who you are one time. Apply to any home that uses VFIntel without sending your pay stubs around again.

Find a home that fits, without the fees

Tell us what you need and what you can afford. We match you with verified landlords who fit, and you apply with one tap. No real estate agent, no application fee every time.

A record that works for you

Pay rent, insurance and utilities from the Wallet. With your permission, the rent is reported to the credit bureaus, the companies behind your credit score, and your record shows the next landlord who you are.

Insurance sized to your rent

The insurance your lease requires, priced for your actual home, paid along with your rent. Usually less than you pay today.

Moving day

Your good standing moves with you.

A year of on-time rent, insurance kept, utilities paid and a home handed back properly: that is proof nobody can fake. It belongs to you, not to your last landlord, and it opens the next door, in Toronto, Austin or Vancouver.

Stand out

Add a deposit warranty and landlords pick you first.

Because VFIntel has verified you and keeps verifying you, an insurer can stand behind your deposit. You choose whether to add it. A landlord who sees it knows the deposit is safe, and knows you were checked properly. That is a renter they say yes to.

  • Identity warranty, up to $10,000, comes with every verified renter. You do not pay for it.
  • Deposit warranty is optional, and yours to add when you apply.
  • Insurance for your home, priced for your actual place, paid with the rent.

Your side of it

A few things you will not get anywhere else.

Bring your own insurance

You can say no to ours and bring your own. We still check it meets what your lease needs, and your rent is not affected.

A rough month

If a month goes wrong, your own rent history can help you get a short-term line of credit for it, instead of a fresh application to a stranger.

Rent toward owning

Some homes on the marketplace let the rent you already pay start counting toward buying the place, tracked on the same record.

Apps on your terms

If you ever let another app pay your rent for you, it does what you allowed and nothing more, you can cancel it any time, and every step is on your record.

How you get it

Through your property manager or landlord.

1

Your building joins

The Wallet comes to you through the company or landlord you pay rent to. It is free for renters.

2

You verify once

Ten minutes on your phone. We check your identity and income directly with your bank and employer, then keep it private.

3

Rent starts counting

Pay from the Wallet. Insurance, receipts and your growing record are all in the same place.

Not open in your building yet?

Tell us who manages it. We will go and ask them.

We open to property managers first, in Q4 2026. Your name puts your building on our list, and we tell you when it is ready.
