Who pays, and for what.

Renters and small landlords pay little or nothing. Insurers, lenders and partners pay us, because the record brings them customers they can trust.

Tenant insurance your landlord accepts, paid with your rent.

The carrier sets the price. You see it before you choose, and you can arrange your own.

Do renters pay to use VFIntel?

No. Paying rent by bank transfer and keeping your record are free. You may pay once for a check, which is then reused for 90 days.

Why is it free for small landlords?

Because insurers, lenders and partners pay us when the record helps them serve a customer. Landlords who want their books done can choose Landlord Plus.

How does VFIntel make money?

Partners pay us when the record helps them, for example an insurer when a renter takes out insurance at signing. Nothing is shared without the person's permission.

What does a property management company pay?

It depends on the size of your portfolio and what you use. We agree it with you directly.

When do these prices apply?
